Specialist Bicycle Development Unit (SBDU) Facebook Group

I can’t believe it’s 5 years since I started the Facebook Page that accompanies my blog. Now, after some continued demand and arm twisting, I’ve created a Facebook group. The group is for other SBDU owners, or those going through what can often be a long search, to join in and share their own Specialist Bicycle Development Unit (SBDU) bikes, frames and stories.

The new group can be found >> HERE <<

Even if you don’t own an SBDU frame. Even if you aren’t currently looking for one. If you have an interest in this type of bike, or maybe owned one in the past, then please join.

Mine is not an autocracy. There is no secrecy. There is no snobbery. The control that exists in the vintage world of Raleigh, specifically some other Facebook pages, doesn’t sit well with me. You’ll find nothing but support and free flowing information and advice. There is free access to over a decade of my ongoing SBDU research and growing database.

Together with my existing “My TI-Raleigh SBDU” Facebook page, and this blog, the new group is another SBDU resource that I hope you will find useful.

  1. It’s Great to see and hear your passion in this subject on YouTube, carry on Neil and make the book happen and bring all that history and workmanship out of the filing cabinets that have been long forgotten to share with all that have searched for such a book.
