My calendar has 2 hour default time slots to cover mobile repairs, servicing & training, followed by a 1 hour buffer period. Different length time slots are available, by arrangement.
Step 1 – My Schedule at a Glance
Browse through my current booking calendar to find a convenient day, then scroll down and select that day to check for available appointments.
*Tip* You can select a calendar entry to view it’s start and end time in ‘Month’ view, or switch to ‘Week’ view.
Step 2 – Appointment Selection
Select a time, then enter your contact details and click ‘Confirm’ to submit an enquiry.
My Appointments
My calendar uses a system of 2 hour default time slots to cover mobile repairs, servicing & training. This is followed by a 1 hour buffer period to cover unexpected problems, packup and travel. I can offer different length slots, but these are only available by separate arrangement.
My core time for appointments is 10am until 6pm.
Example booking 1
My calendar shows ‘busy’ from 10am until 12 noon.
My next available time slot, because of the 1 hour buffer, will be 1pm.
Example booking 2
My calendar shows ‘busy’ from 2pm until 4pm.
There will be no further available 2 hour default appointments that day due to the 1 hour buffer and typical working day cut off time of 6pm.

Don’t worry, I might still be able to assist, depending on the type of work required, and your location.
Step 3 – Receive Your Confirmation Email & Booking Reference
When I receive your booking request, I’ll review the work you need, my stock availability – if I need to order parts, and your location, based on your postcode, to see if that day and time fits with adjacent appointments.
If everything is good, I’ll confirm your booking with an email containing a reference ID.

I’m a mobile mechanic! This means that unlike traditional bike workshops, I have flexibility in how I work and when I work. But even my flexibility needs a little bit of structure. My booking system operates around a core block of time from 10am until 6pm, 7 days a week. My calendar does get busy, so if you can’t find a bookable time or you need help outside my core hours, please let me know – and if it’s possible, I will help!
