What I Can Offer
My flexible business model of ‘Mobile Bike Mechanic’ makes Denton Cycles perfect for supplying ‘one-off’, a limited series, or regular bike event workshop services such as Dr Bike, in the Northumberland, Newcastle, Durham and Gateshead areas.
I specialise in Dr Bike events, whether that is a ‘Fix It’ or ‘Learn to Fix It’ type session. I can help you to deliver your funding commitments, or private event requirements. I provide everything required including workstand, tools and parts

I collaborate with WATBike at their base in Kirkley, near Ponteland. I help deliver their Dr Bike services to corporate and Cycling UK funded partners. Working on their behalf at Newcastle University, Northumbria University, Cobalt and Quorum Business Parks.
Cycle Centre / Express
Cycling UK – The Big Bike Revival events in Newcastle/Gateshead Quayside and Ouseburn Areas
Food & Drink NE
Providing free bike fix sessions at various locations such as Jesmond food Market and Sunniside Market.
Newcastle City Council
Ensuring cyclists are comfortable by suggesting and performing small setup changes to their bike.
St Aidans Church Brunton Park
Delivering Dr Bike services during the church’s ECO FEST event.

Working alongside Jan’s bikeability and cycle confidence sessions around the Northumberland area.
