Repairs
When a bike is assessed and is found to be in an unsafe condition and would continue to be in an unsafe condition once a specific request for a repair is performed, then Denton Cycles reserves the right to refuse that repair.
Servicing
- [1] Free fitting of basic consumables limited to externally routed cables, brake pads, chain/cassette & non-e Bike/hub gear/belt drive tyres/tubes.
- [2] Additional cost could be incurred if good bearing adjustment cannot be made
- [3] Removal of drivetrain limited to chain, cassette, chainset
- [4] BB, headset & hubs serviced if accessible by non-destructive methods
Payment for work carried out
Payment for work carried out is due immediately on delivery. Card payments are preferred. Bank transfer is only considered once work is complete AND prior to delivery.
Warranty of Work Carried Out (Labour)
Work carried out (labour) is warranted for a period of 1 month following delivery. The warranty period does not cover wear and tear or damage caused through misuse.
Warranty of New Parts
The warranty period and warranty terms for any new part(s) fitted will be inline with the specific warranty period and warranty terms set out by the manufacturer or supplier of the part(s).
Used Parts
Denton Cycles does not fit used (second hand/recycled) part(s) in any repair or servicing work.
Customer Supplied Parts
Denton Cycles does not warrant any customer supplied part(s), and reserves the right to not fit any customer supplied part(s).
Electric Bikes
eBikes must be UK compliant Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycles (EAPC).
