This is a frame built for Cees Priem, considered a support and domestique for Jan Raas. He joined the TI-Raleigh team when Jan returned to the TI colours in 1978 and subsequently left with Jan at the end of the TI-Raleigh era at the end of 1983. This is one of his 1979 road frames, built showing all the hallmarks of the team frames in this period, and built with Reynolds 753 tubing.
